小田急線利用の方の強い味方！『箱根そば』の本店『箱根そば本陣』にお邪魔しました！「箱根そば」は1965年に新宿駅地下１階で創業し、当時の小田急電鉄(現在は小田急レストランシステム)が運営する駅そば、ということで小田急沿線を中心に50店舗以上を展開しています！こちら『本陣』は創業の地である新宿の旗艦店であり、他の「名代箱根そば」と異なるそばやつゆを使用しているそうです！そば粉には外皮入りの粗挽き粉を配合したり、店で手揚げするかき揚げにも小海老を使用したりと、よりよい商品を提供する努力に本陣のプライドも感じます！季節メニューも豊富ですし、何より改札口前で手早く本格派のそばが楽しめる「箱根そば本陣」は立ち食いそばの中でも特別な存在なのかもしれません！それでは早速ご覧ください！
